Mr. Bipin Gautam, a versatile personality is a former officer of Nepal Police. He is a dedicated Road Safety Activist who has conducted several traffic awareness programs as a trainer in various schools, colleges and driving schools. Gautam, a Vice President of Road Safety Forum is fully committed to his services on Road Safety and Sustainable Transport and has been associated with NASA Foundation as a Road Safety Instructor since decade.

As a Member of NASA Foundation Mr. Gautam, is leading the Road Safety and Awareness at NASA Foundation.
